Threadline ("we," "us") helps you plan and create content. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Account info — your email and authentication details, used to sign you in and secure your account.
Content you create — your brand foundation, ideas, drafts, plans, and settings. This is yours.
Usage data — basic analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Connected accounts — if you link a social platform, we store the access token needed to publish on your behalf, and nothing more.

How we use it

To provide and improve Threadline: run the AI features you request, sync your work across devices, process payments, and publish content when you ask us to. That's it.

Your content is yours

You own everything you create. We do not sell your data, and we do not train public AI models on your private content. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

Who we share with

Only the service providers that make the product work: our hosting and database provider (Supabase/Vercel), AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to process your requests, Stripe for payments, and your chosen social platforms for publishing. Each receives only what's needed for its function.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove your personal data and content within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain records.
