These terms govern your use of Threadline. By creating an account, you agree to them.
You're responsible for your account and for the content you create and publish through Threadline. Keep your login secure. You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
You can build your brand and plan content for free. Paid plans unlock activation features (scheduling, publishing, higher AI limits). Prices are shown at checkout. Founding members keep their locked rate as described on our pricing page.
Paid plans renew monthly (or annually) until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; your plan stays active through the period you've paid for, then drops to the free build stage. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Don't use Threadline to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, to spam, or to violate the rules of any connected platform. We may suspend accounts that do.
You retain all rights to the content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and publish it on your behalf. Threadline and its software remain our property.
Threadline uses AI to help you draft content. You're responsible for reviewing what you publish. AI output can be imperfect — treat it as a strong first draft, not final copy.
Threadline is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms; we'll note the date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app. Continued use means you accept the update.
